Learn to cook from scratch Singapore’s favourite breakfast & tea break snack, the Chinese Carrot Cake.

In this session, you will learn to prepare and steam the Chinese carrot cake. Chef Cecilia Shin, will be happy answer any questions that you may have. You will watch her cook in person and follow along step by step. At the end of this lesson, you can "tarpao" back your cooking for your family to try out!

Chef Cecilia loves cooking and has started her own YouTube channel (Cecilia Shin Kitchen) during the 2020 Circuit Breaker, and some of her popular dishes include vegetarian mee hoon, yam meat balls, buttered prawns and fried hokkien mee!
